1. Membership

Wholesale pricing is available to registered members. We may decline or cancel memberships at our discretion.

2. Wholesale stock

Raw donation lots are sold as unassorted and unpicked. Contents vary and are not guaranteed. Sampler bales are checked for obvious flaws only.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Freight is charged separately unless stated.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of wholesale stock, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. Courses and coaching

Course access is for the purchasing member only and must not be shared. Coaching sessions must be booked within 6 months of purchase.
